Ann & Mike welcome you to their working farm which is in the picturesque village of Maltby-le-Marsh on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, situated only three miles from the coast and the lively seaside town of Mablethorpe.

Established 27 years ago, our farmhouse bed & breakfast provides visitors to Lincolnshire with a relaxing and peaceful haven yet a convenient base for visiting historic local towns and attractions. The large gardens allow you to relax and enjoy the fabulous views – our sunsets are oftens spectacular!!
