This beautifully furnished 4 bedroom detached house is only a 2 minute walk from the lovely beaches, paddling pool, tennis courts, shops and bars of Sutton-on-Sea.

Large farmhouse style breakfast kitchen with integrated appliances. Lounge with tv, dvd and video players, dining room seating 6, large family bathroom with separate corner bath and shower. There are four bedrooms, 3 with double beds and 1 with a single bed.

Outside games room with pool table and dart board. Garage for your sole use to lock up your car, bikes etc.

Pretty garden with patio area and outside furniture.
